Important Notes

• Double-sharing accommodation will be provided throughout the trip.
• If no co-traveler is available for room sharing, accommodation may be arranged with the tour marshal OR solo room can be availed at extra cost.
• If travelers do not avail Scooty (without fuel) in Manali, package cost will remain unchanged.
• No security deposit required; however, in case of any bike damage, both rider and pillion will be equally responsible for the charges.
• Travelers must carry a valid Government-issued ID proof for verification.
• Cancellations & refunds will follow company policy.
• Discounts depend on slot availability and may vary.
• Bookings & confirmations depend on hotel/camp availability at the time of reservation.
• TrypScanner reserves the right to modify the itinerary if required due to operational reasons.
• Itinerary changes may occur due to traffic restrictions, road conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
• Any increase in transportation or accommodation costs (including fuel surcharge) will impact the package price.
• TrypScanner will not be responsible for itinerary changes caused by landslides, weather conditions, yatra restrictions, flight cancellations, or other uncontrollable situations.
