Overview
The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage covering four revered Hindu shrines—Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath—located in the Himalayas of Uttarakhand. This spiritual journey is believed to cleanse the soul and bring salvation (moksha).

Payment Policy:
To confirm your booking, an initial amount of 30% of the total billing is required.
The final 70% payment will be collected upon pickup to facilitate your journey seamlessly.
Yatra Essentials:
An E-Yatra pass is mandatory for the pilgrimage. Please ensure you obtain it before your journey to avoid any inconvenience.
Travel Timings:
For your safety and comfort, we humbly request you to begin your daily journey by 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM sharp.
All Char Dham temples are located in high-altitude regions, and to avoid unforeseen risks such as landslides and adverse weather conditions, vehicles will not operate after 7:30 PM in mountain areas. Your safety is our utmost priority.
Unforeseen Situations:
While we strive to provide a hassle-free experience, certain circumstances such as natural calamities, traffic delays, or temporary government regulations due to high footfall are beyond our control.
In such situations, guests may need to arrange accommodations independently, and we deeply appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Health & Well-being:
Your health is of paramount importance to us. We recommend carrying essential medicines such as:
Painkillers
Paracetamol
Oxygen cans (especially for those with heart conditions)
Muscle relief sprays like Move, Volini, etc.
Kedarnath Stay Upgrade:
By default, sharing camps will be provided in the group package cost.
If you wish to upgrade, below are the additional costs per person as per the type of stay:
Option 1 – Premium Camps (Folding Bed, 4-6 Sharing) with Electric Kettle, Room Heater & Attached Washroom will cost an additional ₹1500 per person.
Option 2 – Deluxe Sharing Rooms (6-7 Sharing) with all amenities will cost an additional ₹2500 per person.
Option 3 – Super Deluxe Room Stay (4-6 Sharing) with all amenities will cost an additional ₹3000 per person.
If you wish to stay in Badrinath, you can discuss the same with our team, and we can make a revised plan accordingly.
Note: All bookings are subject to availability with the Hotel/Homestay/Guesthouse/Dormitory.
Additional Assistance
As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to assist you in booking Helicopter tickets (subject to availability). Kindly note, we do not sell tickets directly.
We can also help with arrangements for pony rides, horse rides, or doli services to ensure a comfortable journey.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and thus, offer a hassle-free rescheduling policy.
You can reschedule your tour at no extra cost if informed at least 5 days before the scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 100% refund if the tour is canceled within 15 days of booking.
Beyond this period, refunds are not possible. However, if cancellation is informed at least 15 days before the tour date, you will receive a credit note of the paid amount, which can be utilized for future trips within 2 years.
